This 30-minute, Meditation and Pranayama class is a great starting point if you are new to meditation and not sure where to start. After a wisdom offering and some gentle stretches, we do a pranayam and then settle in for a short period of uninterrupted meditation (usually 10 minutes).

From here you can expand into a more in-depth practice. No experience necessary -- Beginners more than welcome!  It's easy!  And a great opportunity to ground and center for your day ahead.

Join Raven for a Kripalu-style practice of "yoga from the inside out." 
This grounding and centering, adaptive class can be done on a yoga mat or in a chair. 
The coordination of breath with gentle movement will be our main emphasis. 
The use of props is encouraged and modifications will always be offered. 

Open to all levels, absolute beginners are especially welcome.

Join from wherever you are, by video or audio (on phone only).

Classes are FREE, but donations are welcome :-)

A Conscious Dance Experience for Women

Join us for a journey of joyful, expressive, conscious dance with the Tribe -- a moving meditation, from the inside out. In this safe space, you can explore your soul-depths as you move to the beat of an exquisite world music soundtrack. Let the music take you DEEP and UP!

Barefoot or soft dance shoes only. Chairs will be available and can be used in your dance as well :-) Make sure you DRESS to express -- bring beautiful scarves, wear skirts for spinning or yoga pants to move comfortably in. This practice is for anyone and everyone. 

Silence is observed on the dance floor. Let your body move and speak for you.

Please do refrain from wearing any perfume/strong scents to be considerate of those with allergies and sensitivities. Bring a water bottle and a journal in case you are inspired to write before, during or after our practice.

A weekend of gentle, restorative yoga, meditation, dance/movement, yoga nidra and guided visualization in Westwood, MA.

     Breathe.

Breath connects our inner world with the outside world. It brings that life spark into our body... the first thing we do when we enter this world is take a deep breath in. 

Move.

Every breath is a movement; every movement, a dance. 
Even in stillness, there 
is the movement of breath. Movement is life. 

Dance.

Dance is just a word for moving around. Conscious movement  when we are moving from our heart, our center center -- joy comes through!

      Heal.

Do the first 3. And do them again. And again. And again. In every moment. This will heal you from the inside out. And don't forget to laugh! :-)
